Aerial Forklift Certification Training

A-1 Forklift Certification now offers online aerial lift training for all types of lifts: scissor lifts, extensible boom platforms, articulating boom platforms, etc.

Price: $70.00 for one-year aerial platform or scissor lift certification; $80.00 for three-year

Course description: A-1 Forklift Certification ensures your full OSHA compliance through training, evaluation and authorization.

Four Easy Steps

1. Complete our registration form.
2. View the PowerPoint and Safety presentations.
3. Take the online test. Twenty multiple choice questions. We score performance after you complete the test. You can re-take the exam as many times as needed for you to pass and receive your online forklift certification.
4. Print your certificate from our website. After you successfully complete your exam, you'll be directed to a page where you can print a full size certificate that includes your name the date. Print or save it to your computer for future use.

Receiving your certificate: We will mail your wallet card after your final test. It will arrive to your address within three to five business days.

Employer Authorization: Please print this Aerial-Scissor Lift Authorization Form to take to your employer to complete your Forklift Certification and Training. It is the company's responsibility to observe you on the equipment.
